We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Select your preferred return shipping method and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit with a bonus top-up.

Pack and Post

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or credit within 7-10 business days.
